Normally použivný Czech name: radish, white radish, Chinese or Japanese radish, daikon
White radish in the Czech Republic, commonly sold in supermarkets. It has a slightly spicy taste. It can be eaten raw, cooked, or fried nakládaná do banh mì. It is used as a supplement to meals or salads. Cooked daikon tastes like beets.
In Vietnam, it is frequent and cheap raw materials. In addition to food in Vietnam is used in Vietnamese traditional medicine.
