Taste Cambodian pomelo salad with shrimps

Khmersky see salad says “Nhoam”. Nhoam v per Cambodia favorite food and makes the small and large celebrations. Every family has a guaranteed recipe for the best. Ingredience k přípravě dressingu

 

  • 2 cukru lžíce – best palm
  • 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 lžičku solo
  • 1 Octo lžičku
  • 7 crushed cloves of garlic
  • 5 šalotek, nadrobnonakrájených
  • 1 lžíce limetkové Stavy

Jak na to – Preparation Khmer pomelového salad

Peel the pomelo and divide it into pieces, subsequently pokrájejte. Pieces do not forget to get rid of pomelo peel. Pan, on low heat opražte dried coconut, until it is slightly brownish. Add the garlic, onion, peanuts and a little oil and gently fry everything until golden.

In a large salad bowl all ingredients (grapefruit, Prawns) Mix well and season with salt, sugar, rybí omáčkou a octem. Finally, all dozdobte mint leaves. Mint leaves can substitute basil or herbs similar to it.

TIP! Fish sauce, vinegar, lime juice and sugar mix together first, well to dissolve sugar. If you do not have sugar palm, you can substitute brown sugar. If you remain in the bowl of a pomelo juice, tak ji slijte.
