Pho's vařeným hovězím masem

Beef pho, or Vietnamese noodle soup with boiled beef is one of the famous pho, you can taste in Vietnam or try to cook it yourself at home. In Vietnam, the south is more popular and is often different flavoring ingredients. Among the most popular and most prepared meals – along with chicken soup. Vietnamese like it had for breakfast or an afternoon snack or dinner. I personally tastes a little chilli,lime and fresh herbs. In Vietnam always get additional ingredients for pho, so it can own seasoning.

 

Raw materials:

  • 500g of beef bones morkových
  • 200g hovězích ocasních Kostya
  • 500g mass hovězího – hodi se Bucek, book anebo in kližka
  • 1000g nudlí rýžových (Thai rice noodle)
  • Trocha anýzu
  • 3 liters of water
  • 2-3 fennel seeds
  • 1 usušená šalotka
  • 5g nestrouhané skořice a kardamonu
  • 2 -3 Peanut worms of the genus sumýšovců
  • 1 large piece of fresh ginger, dobře umytý

The seasoning can be used:

  • Vietnamese fish sauce (Fish sauce)
  • chilli omáčku (Fresh chilli)
  • Spring onions
  • Coriander
  • Various fresh herbs
  • lemon, limetku
  • pepper
  • vinegar

Preparation

First, we will break some bones of a suitable tool (best hammer) male kousky. Then rinse well, filings to minor, which did not occur by breaking the food spit out.

Usušíme (if we do not have) kardamon, cinnamon, Anýz, Fennel seeds and worms. Fry the shallots and ginger, dried, and then let everything in a pot with water. Poodkryté Simmer on low heat about an hour.

Until we see, the fat from the bones on the surface pretty vyvyřený, Maso plug vezmeme, Rinse it well and put in a pot. Simmer over low heat until completely brittle. When we are sure, to pull him out of the pot, wait until a little schladne and cut it into very thin slices.

Before serving, we should take the fish sauce and let it warm up in the pot, to have an approximate temperature of a broth.
Finally, rinse with fresh herbs to prepare and everything on the table. Rice noodles, pour boiling water and put in bowls, Lay slices of meat on noodles, garnish with scallions and herbs and can pour hot broth.

The seasoning is suitable lemon, Chilli aneb Oceti.

    dobrý the, I would like to ask, How can I replace, Nebo sehnat kardomon, Anýz, feniklová Semena to “červýky” . I too was a reply to my email, pho ga and other Vietnamese soup I liked it very, wings of the Rodina má… However, just walk to Vietnam. Trznice do restaurace…. but we would like to have it done at home…thank you :)

    The worms with abandon, Anýz, fennel and cardamom, are now routinely can buy in any ordinary hytlermarketu.

    A CSP se Wed, that the recipe is not stressed enough, pour over the rice noodles with hot water, PAK VODU SLIJEME A NUDLE VLOŽÍME DO MISEK, It happened that some wise guy doing otherwise. I tried the recipe and it turned out well, I was sorry to, that I was not already enough to drag on Vietnamese food, protože pho bo je u mě jednička.
