What you need to beef on the palm sugar
- 500g mass hovězího
- 2 and a half tablespoons of palm sugar
- 1 lžička only
Jak na Kroeung – khmerskou curry pastu
- 1 tablespoons of crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoons crushed shallots
- 1 lžíce sušeného chilli (soaked to soften, osušeného and subsequently pokrájeného)
- half a tablespoon of black pepper (ground)
- 1 lžíce galangalu (cut into tiny pieces)
- 3 tablespoon fish sauce
- 3 spoon sojovky
- 1 tamarindového lžíce džusu
- půl litru kokosového džusu
Preparation of beef palm sugar
Beef chop the flesh into large pieces, pokrájejte galangal and sprinkle it beef. Beef then lightly salt and let rest for a few hours.
In large pot put sugar, a medium heat slowly dissolve, before it starts zlátnout. Then add the crushed garlic and peppers. And delete that long, dokud to jen jde. (A hezky to voní..)Then add the beef, chilli (if you want), Fish sauce, sojovku salt and continue cooking.
For a while it let simmer in a pot and then pour coconut juice (šťávu). Ochuťte smes tamarindovým džusem (juice continue cooking until beef is done.
Beef Serve on lettuce leaf and serve with rice dish.
